    Our Basic Bar Service Package includes up to 75 guests. We provide professionally insured bartending service, cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, for cocktails and alcohol-free cocktails tailored to your event. Customizations can be added from there.

    Only pay for the services you need. Custom add-ons include signature cocktails or alcohol-free cocktails, Organic or handmade mixers, additional bartenders, champagne service, wine pour, water station, coffee station, and more.

  • Yes, we offer tasting sessions for a small fee when creating custom signature cocktails or alcohol-free cocktails for your event.

    However, if you book with us and sign a contract in advance, this fee will be waived.

  • Each event begins with a Basic Bar Package and can be customized with the services you want.

    Some options include Signature Cocktails or Alcohol-free Cocktails, Organic or Handmade Mixers, Complex Garnishes, Coffee Station, Water Station, Champagne Pour, Wine Pour with Meal, Glassware Rental, Chic Wood Bar Rental, and more.

    We’d love to hear any special requests you have so we can make your event effortless for you and unforgettable for your guests.

  • Yes, our event minimum is $1000 for up to 75 guests.

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date and time. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • To ensure availability for your date and time, please book as early as possible.

    We suggest you book Barrel & Brim as soon as you book your caterer.

  • We serve most of Northern California. No travel charge for up to 50 miles from Sacramento.

    There is a travel charge for 51-100 miles from Sacramento.

    Events 100+ miles from Sacramento are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
